BioTERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Prices are non-negotiable.
2) Items will only be exchanged in the case of defects. However all items are checked before sending out.
- A washed apparel is NOT considered a defect and no exchanges or refund will be made in this case.
- Holes smaller than 1mm when unstretched will not be considered a defect.
- Loose Threads are not defects.
- Please do not expect quality to be top notch if items are priced slightly lower. Usually items priced slightly lower as
compared to the rest has a slightly lower quality, thus accounting for the low cost. No exchange or refund will be made
should item's quality are not up to expectations.
- A refund will only be possible if item is all sold out.
- As items are all checked before mailing out, any doubtful complains will be investigated. For example if item is perfectly fine
when mailed, but somehow there were defects upon receipt, such cases will be investigated and do expect no exchange or refund.
- Fashion Martini reserves the right to make the final decision based on the situation (unreasonable excuses, deliberately
ruining an item etc.).

4) Please kindly allow 1-2 inches differences in measurements due to different measuring conventions and also allowances from the
mass-production in factories.
5) Item’s colours may vary due to different lighting and computer resolutions. Do email us if you have any queries or need more
pictures. Pictures will be provided depending on the availability.
6) Fashion Martini will not be responsible if items are damaged/ lost in the midst of normal postage, though we will call SingPost
to check for you. Hence it is more advisable to opt for registered postage if you want your item to be 100% safe!
7) IMPT: Take note of the measurements before purchase. UK sizes stated are only a guideline.
8) All apparel/items are brand new.
9) If item is pending, you can still leave a comment to show your interest in the item. Should the deal with the pending buyer is
not successful, we’ll email you ASAP.
10)Only DBS/POSB bank funds transfer are allowed.
11)All payments are to be made within 24 hours upon receiving the confirmation invoice.
12)Fashion Martini reserves the right to amend the TERMS & CONDITIONS at any time.
